About Us What is New North? The New North is the 18 county region in Northeast Wisconsin. The counties include Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, Waupaca, Brown, Shawano, Oconto, Marinette, Door, Kewaunee, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Florence, Menominee, and Waushara. Who is New North, Inc.?
New North, Inc. is a consortium of business, economic
development, chambers of commerce, workforce development,
civic, non-profit, and education leaders in 18 counties of
Northeast Wisconsin who are working to be recognized as
competitive for job growth while maintaining our superior
quality of life. Who created Occupation Location?
The Attract, Develop, & Redeploy Diverse Talent committee
was created in 2007 by New North, Inc. The Develop &
Redeploy Talent Task Force, which is responsible for
Occupation Location, is a sub-committee of the larger team,
and is led by co-chairs Robyn Gruner of AT&T and Autumn Hill
of Autumn Hill Creative, LLC. The team is made up of a group
of professionals from varied occupations and companies
